Soak rice noodles in cold water for 6hrs , or until soft. Drain, and set aside.
Heat oil in wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken cubes and sliced garlic and saute until chicken becomes brownish.
In the same pan,add the eggs,tofu and cook until it become brownish.
Add carrot,bell pepper,garlic and saute it lightly and keep aside.
Heat oil in a big pan and add the sticky rice noodles along with the chicken stock and cook it well,don't over cook it.
To the mix add the chicken cubes,tofu,scrambled eggs and vegetables, mix it well.
Also add spring onions and crushed peanuts and take it out of flame.
Pad thai is Ready.
